Thank you for choosing HPrints Webs. We are committed to delivering your premium refurbished ink and toner as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our headquarters in Miami, Florida.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

  • Holidays: We do not ship on federal holidays.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Origin (The Miami Advantage)

Unlike many online ink retailers that ship from overseas, all HPrints Webs inventory is located at: 2875 NE 191st STE 801, Miami, FL 33180. This allows for significantly faster transit times across the United States.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

HPrints Webs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Note that expedited shipping may not be available for P.O. Boxes.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

If you received your order damaged, or if the carrier has lost your package, please contact our support team immediately at support@hprintswebs.com.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged package for faster processing.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve the United States. For international shipping inquiries (including the Caribbean and Latin America), please contact us directly for a custom quote.
