1. The 30-Day Performance Guarantee
If your refurbished ink cartridge does not perform to your satisfaction due to a defect or compatibility issue, you are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Conditions for a Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
