This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and UO Solutions, LLC, doing business as HPrints Webs (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), for the use of the software, firmware, and digital components embedded in our refurbished cartridges, as well as the digital content provided through hprintswebs.com.
By purchasing, installing, or using our products, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the products or our digital services.
1. License Grant
HPrints Webs grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the firmware and software embedded in our refurbished cartridges solely for the purpose of operating the cartridge within a compatible printing device.
2. Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not, and will not permit others to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the microchips or software embedded in the cartridges.

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software.

Use the software for any purpose other than the intended functionality of the cartridge.

Bypass or attempt to circumvent any technical protections or printer manufacturer lockout mechanisms.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the software and website content, including but not limited to logos, text, and proprietary chip coding, are owned by UO Solutions, LLC or its licensors. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.
4. Third-Party Software and Compatibility
Our products are designed to be compatible with various printer brands (OEMs). However, printer manufacturers may release firmware updates intended to block third-party or refurbished cartridges. While we strive to provide updated chips, HPrints Webs is not responsible for functionality issues caused by future OEM firmware updates that occur after the date of purchase.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UO Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damage to printing hardware or loss of business profits) arising out of the use or inability to use the product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Warranty Disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in our “100% Satisfaction Guarantee,” all software and digital components are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
